+Michael Grady When i first started zhen qi
yun xing i built up heat in the yellow court
area first. Once the heat reached a certain degree i began to lower it to ldt. While there i continued to heat the dantian and I'll say it took me one month to get heat at this point in ldt. Why it only took a month? because when you put ingredients into dantian first while collecting water (jing) you can boil it instead of heating a empty pot which takes longer because nothing is there. Some say you have to set up the cauldron etc but what im doing is a biological process and not visualising of any pot. Really im baffled it took 15 months for you to heat ldt. Sounds like you had no fire and wood lol. Anyways after i made stable the zhen qi i began to experience great heat around the lions and a ball like mass jumping around to mingmen and hui yin this caused the kundalini to awaken. Soon the du was pushed open and it went through and got stuck at the second pass for about 2 weeks before it went through. After the mco was completed i started a different approach, i built up more zhen qi by restarting the process and this time it shot straight up like a arrow. I was getting the mco going at high speed without even trying and still do this now. My next stage is condesing the zhen qi further and adding more while widening the channels by pushing zhen qi through them and focusing on the arms. Really the books you mentioned are worthless except magus of java because they have no real training in them and get same branch of training only thing is its taught standing but anyone can sit down lol. The breathing techniques to control the flow into the arms in 2a jim did not give out i know that part and the rest you far. I know where the mo pai training is located ive made this clear in my group and its apart of the of the levels. All the talk about sitting on the earth is only tradition and really its hiding the fact its the kundalini you are trying to harness with the hot yang qi in ldt being pushed down hitting it and making it activated. You push the hot yang down repeatedly without pulling up hui yin and once you feel kundalini becoming active you pull up everything while pushing down and hold under pressure of the breath. What you are doing here is using prana and apana to awaken kundalini to fuse at the ldt and make it reside there as its new location. But this takes place over a long period of explained in those books. The secret is building ldt and using it to activate kundalini over and 45over again making the electric like sensation. Zhen qi also does this but it works through kundalini in a easier way. +Michael Grady Good question lol i just seen it, now its gone. Must of been someone elses comment or something about jim taking 15 months for heat maybe? If so then he was doing it wrong. That technique jim is teaching is not mo pai level 1 its his own version. The real level 1 is nei yang gong which jim did not teach because he didn't understand it, for real he didn't know much of what he was doing even though he made progress he was in the dark on how things work. Jims level 2a is missing important parts like why the breath is raised back up after dropping it, its to mix fire and water repeatedly at the same time in training aka induce more qi into the same area from the heart qi. The breathing is pulling arms back under tension this is important because the muscles need to be tensed in a certain way not just like lifting weights you squeeze the bones with them because the bones are piezoelectric, pyroelectric wont and ferroelectric (research this). Pulling back you inhale into the chest deep like pulling something into it and hold the air there focussing on the heart area (middle dantian) for a few seconds. Now without exhaling move the pressure down from the chest to the ldt it acts like a hydraulic compressor on the ldt and hold a few seconds. Now move the pressure back up into the chest still holding the breath and into the arms (should feel blood pressure pushing in them) then push back out and exhale slowly like opening a valve for of pressure. This is full level 2a. People doing 2a with reversed breathing are not condesing the dantian and only pulling it upwards so they are training wrong and messing up. 2b is based on same concept as 2a only you are now trying to move the ball of qi around while under pressure. 2b is starting with one hand cupped at ldt and other in prayer position (this is the heaven and earth mudra and related to amogasiddhi buddha) you breath into the chest and push down all the pressure to ldt and hold while wiggling the ldt in various ways can X or 0 in fact its best to start rotating the qi around the navel but this is taught in level 1. The goal is move it around while under pressure to mingmen then back to the left to mingmen then pull it to spine then push it out many times under pressure. Before exhaling bring the pressure back up to the chest and push it into the arm and push out under tension just like in 2a the hand should be full of blood and red if doing it right. Remember to keep the hand in a vertical position like a karate chop so that you'll feel a pricking sensation, this will be around the wrist thumb and when its in the palm you have loosened the dantian enough to try fusion to awaken kundalini. When the ldt is hot breath into chest and drop the pressure again but this time keep push as far down as possible and dont pull up hui yin yet. Do the pushing down and up then push down and hold over and over again till you feel the reaction of kundalini. When this happens keep the pressure held down hard under the breath hold and pull up the anus, hui yin and testicals as hard as possible and hold as long as possible. This training will be done till the hot yang qi brings up kundalini into the navel chakra where it will reside in its new location. But beyond this is fusing the ling qi and heaven and earth into the body.
