“My Quaranthings: Life during Pandemic”

This time of pandemic, I experience to stay at home for almost 3 months. I experience a
lot of things. Such walking for almost 8 kilometers back and forth from our house to grocery
store and from grocery store to our house because there was no public transporation and we
have no choice but to walk. We carried about 30 kilos of goods for a 1 month stock at home.
Anyways, I was not with my parents and sisters because at the time that the president
announced the community quarantine, I was with my grandmother and there is no way to go
back home. It was sad because I’m far away with them but its okay. My life continue without
them for 2 months. Of all the days passed, I have nothing to do but to sleep, sleep and sleep.
Everytime I woke up, I just do some household chores, take a bath, eat, and then lye down.
There are five elements of art that were seen in my drawing. There is a line that
connects to form a shape. A color that gives emphasize to things, a space to separate, and a
value where you can see the lightness and darkness in my work.
