I am hard-working and will complete any task given. I greet everyone I see with a smile on my face and a
positive attitude. I am well-organized and excellent under pressure. I work well with others and am
always willing to help, no matter what the task is. I am mature, responsible, and reliable and will easily
understand any direction given.

EXPERIENCE
SEPTEMBER 2018 – MAY 2020
ASSISTANT, DANCE BARN
While at the Dance Barn, I assisted an instructor in teaching classes of little girls ages 3-7. During
class I helped explain dance moves, teach the students a dance for their recital, and gave aid to
any of the students when needed. I would help take students to the bathroom, provide first-aid
when needed, and took students to get water on their break. After class, I would help clean and
sanitize the studio in preparation for the next class. This job required patience, communication,
and teamwork.

AUGUST 2020 – PRESENT DAY

RESPITE WORKER, GUTHRIE MAINSTREAM
As a respite worker, I watch over a 6-year-old girl with Developmental Disabilities. I have been a
family nanny for her family for three years and recently became a certified respite worker for
her. My responsibilities are similar to the responsibilities for a babysitter. I watch over her and
make sure she is fed, goes to the bathroom, and is happy and healthy. She and I play outside, go
to the park, and play with her toys. I am also responsible for helping her with certain goals every
month, which allow her to grow emotionally, physically, and mentally.

EDUCATION
MAY 2020
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, MESA HIGH SCHOOL
I attended Mesa High School for four years. While in school I was a member of several clubs and
organizations: National Honors Society, Acapella Choir, Euporea Dance Team, Christian Dance,
and the American Sign Language Club. I graduated with a 3.97 GPA and a Seal of Biliteracy in
American Sign Language. I took several AP and Honors classes all four years.

MAY 2024
BACHELOR’S IN JOURNALISM, ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY
I currently attend Arizona State University. I am up at the Downtown Phoenix campus at the
Walter Cronkite School of Journalism as a Freshman. I ended my first semester with a 3.44 GPA
and having passed all my classes with a high B or higher. I plan on attending school for the next
seven semesters and graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass
Communication.
