Management Information System of a specific Hospital Information System.

BIZBOX

Materials Management is a system for the planning, coordination and monitoring of


operations related to a company's material flow. This will proceed from their launch, processing,
production method and final distribution to the regulation of the location, movement and time of
those products. Control of supplies ensures that the products available are matched with the
demands of the client, thereby providing a timetable of costs and services that the business has or
requires. Management of materials manages the movement of materials with plans of production,
costs, efficiency and distribution.

BizBox, created by ZZI, is a paperless business platform. It is extremely modular and


customizable, transparent and flexible for compatibility with other solutions. BizBox is a web
solution that, without downloading extra apps, allows user-friendly paperless business and
communication with other business partners. Bizbox Hospital Information System is a
sustainable healthcare system that aims to optimize administrative processes and
clinical operations. It is designed to improve hospital management, lower costs, and
increase efficiency.

BizBox provides essential functionality for the materials management system of a


hospital. One of the key features of Bizbox is the Inventory Stock On Hand Display; medical
centers won't be having inventory problems anymore with the help of this feature. The 'Inventory
Stock on Hand Display' will aid the staff in monitoring their medicinal supplies. This enables the
staff to monitor the facility’s inventory balance real time. In Bizbox, stocks can be an external
service which takes care of the packaging and delivery of customer’s order and it can also
be your own stock - a place where you store your products and control their availability. It may
also be possible to build and manually edit stocks in the External Stock Addon in the Inhouse
BizBox Stock Services setup. Bizbox also contains Stocktaking Report; this report shall include
all items belonging to the selected stock, their quantity from the start to the selected date
(received, issued and current stock supply). Products obtained and released are counted
according to completed receipts (finished and confirmed state) and problems (issued and
dispatched state). The report is also finalized with additional columns of product details
(manufacturer, brand, activity, product group, categories, supplier, and tags). Furthermore, it also
includes Stock Detail which focuses on the basic information such as Name, Internal Name and
Stock Service. In the event that you use more stocks, the priority setting is used. Customer labels
are used to provide customer information (label and description) (or visitors). Note that it's
possible to translate certain fields. The Stock Supply includes a comprehensive list of goods that
are distributed through this stock, individual products and packages of products. You will also
see the inventory of unique items, such as reservations and current stock supply. In order to warn
the institution that it has reached its minimum cap, the minimum required stock quantity shows
the stock supply with a red icon. Consumer Batch Stock Supply shows inventory in various
batches and it is possible to define expiration dates via receipts. Import and Export Transfers are
also available in Bizbox. Data such as dispatch, missing, order and other reasons or transactions
are often included with regard to problems. When it comes to suppliers, Suppliers is an
application that stores info (names, addresses and contacts) about concrete companies and
people, who are responsible for supplying. Records created here are selected along with the
creation of receipts, scheduled deliveries or products. Features for stock services are also
available, including operation, records, method of handling, packing boxes, and tab accounting.

Overall, Bizbox leverage the latest technologies and enable the health organization to
become more efficient, lower costs, and provide better care to valued patients. It has main
features that can definitely be tailored to each hospital; they will surely have an easy, paperless
