Procedure to Install MoserBaer crypto Token Driver to Connect VPN

1. Installation of the driver has to be done for the first time and only once.

2. Download both the driver files from https://vpn.nic.in for MoserBaer crypto Token, as
shown in the figure below.

3. Install the driver by double clicking on one of following file (From the folder moserbaer
Crypto Token Windows Driver\Drivers 32 and 64 bit (Windows)) as shown in the
figure below.

4. In Install Shield Wizard, Click on OK button to continue as shown in the figure below.

5. The Installation process follow few steps as shown in the figure below.

6. Click on Next button when prompted, as shown in the figure below.

7. Select the “I accept the terms and license agreement”, Click on Next button when
prompted, as shown in the figure below.

8. Click on Next button for the following steps, as shown in the figure below.

9. Click on Install button when prompted, as shown in the figure below

10. On completion of the installation, click on the Finish button, as shown in the figure
below.

11. When Token driver installation get finished & Insert your token in the USB port The
following step follows as shown in the figure below Computer > Properties >
Administrative tools > Device Manager window,Now click on Smart card readers > USB
Token Holder

12. Double click on that icon and the Token Management Utility opens up as shown below.

13. The name of the holder of the tokens appears as shown above. This signifies that driver is
installed correctly and token is ready to use.
