Course Entitlement:
Course Objective:
The course aims to improve your ability to recognize and manage legal risks in business
decision making and assist you in making more ethical decisions, individually and as an
organization. The course endeavours to introduce you to legal processes and substantive legal
topics affecting business, including employment relationships, business formation,
international law, contracts, etc.
Special emphases are to be given on critical thinking in order to examine all sides of a
discussion and enhancing the analytical skills and refine their skills in criticizing and
evaluating secondary sources. Overall this course will stimulate and improve student’s
articulate oral expression and research primary documents and various sources of
information.
I encourage my students to come to my office for any queries related to class lectures,
assignments, or additional help needed. If you cannot attend during the office hours, please
fix up an appointment or contact through e-mail.
