About The Program Facilitator: Mrs. Radhika (Certified NLP Practitioner, Academician,
Behavioural trainer and facilitator)

Being a Science graduate & has done Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
with specialization in HRD and Marketing from Amity Business School, NOIDA with an
excellent academic background and with corporate work experience, she has a strong
understanding of various corporate practices and functions.

Radhika is a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner which makes her


a better communicator, presenter, problem-solver and a counsellor. These skills are an
add-on to be an effective knowledge-disseminator.

Radhika has 6+ years experience as visiting faculty (HR) with International School of
Business and Media, Pune, Mulshi Institute of Retail Management, Pune, Lexicon
Institute of Management Education Pune on following Subjects: HRM, HRD, Organization
behavior (OB), Organization development, Competency Based Recruitment,
