A Government notification requires Indian residents to carry proof of identity at the time of check in. The proof of identity can either
be guest driving license, passport, voter identification card or Aadhaar card. "Aarogya Setu" app and a medical self-declaration form is

Indirect taxes would be governed as per the current provisions of GST Act. For accommodation, guest laundry, restaurant, banquet and
spa services the place of supply will be the place where the immovable property is located/ the services are actually performed.
Accordingly CGST + SGST would be applied, except for supplies to SEZ.
In light of the Coronavirus outbreak, we have deployed measures to detect influenza-like symptoms. All guests and employees entering
the hotel are being screened for their body temperature. As an added safety measure, our Spa is currently not in operation. A
preparedness and response plan is in place and is in line with the guidelines of the World Health Organization and local authorities. At
this point, no employee has shown any symptoms that indicate infection of COVID-19. On the direction of local authorities to all
hotels in the city, our swimming pool is currently not in operation.
We would also like to share that the hotel has meticulously planned activities for Christmas and to welcome the New Year 2021. These
activities are governed by State Government guidelines and may change as per regulations.

OUR POLICIES
RESERVATION
A credit card or cash deposit must guarantee all confirmed reservations at the time of processing the reservation. Advance deposit can
be made at any HDFC bank in favour of 'EIH Ltd OCC Oberoi A/C No. 00262320001312'. According to Reserve Bank of India
guidelines, a cash deposit of INR 19,999/- and above in our HDFC Bank account or at any Oberoi Hotel in India requires a PAN card
identification.
CANCELLATION
For any guaranteed reservation, cancellation can be done up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival without incurring any penalty charge.
Reservations cancelled within 7 to 4 days of the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night accommodation
charge. Reservations cancelled within 3 days of the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to entire length of stay
originally booked.
An optional meal supplement of INR4500 plus tax per person is applicable for the guests staying on 24th December, 2020 and a
mandatory meal supplement of INR5500 plus tax per person is applicable for the guests staying on 31st December 2020.
CHILD POLICY
Up to two children under 12 years of age can be accommodated in the parents room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly
state your request for an extra bed at the time of booking.
CHILD MEAL
If you are travelling with family, children upto the age of 6 years would be offered meals with our compliments, children between the
age of 6 to12 years at 50% of the parents meal rate and children above 12 years of age would be charged as per actuals.
EARLY ARRIVALS
We recommend that the room be reserved from the previous night if the arrival is early in the morning and the room is required on
arrival.
NO SMOKING
Government of India prohibits smoking in all parts of the hotel except designated guest bedrooms. Please let us know if you wish to
reserve a smoking bedroom.
