SUBJECT : Incident Report


Re: Intercepted six (6) packs of cigarettes to one Chinese Visitor at
Multi-Purpose Center, Temporary Detention Facility for Person Under
Police Custody (PUPC).

DATE : November 11, 2019

1. Reference:
a. RHSU Blotter Entry No.586, Page 542, at 5:00PM, dated November 11,
2019.

2. This pertains to intercepted cigarettes at Multi-Purpose Center, Temporary


Detention Facility for Person Under Police Custody (PUPC) located inside Camp
Bagong Diwa, Lower Bicutan, Taguig City .

3. Accordingly, at about 5:00PM, this date, , PSSg Reyzel Cerbito Policarpio


Duty Sentinel of MPC together with one (1) Chinese national personally appeared at
this office, and informed that she intercepted six (6) packs of cigarettes being plastered
at the thigh of the latter who was identified as one WANG YAN, 25y/o, (DOB: 3/3/1994)
Tower 2nd 2016 Sunset St., Pasay City, an alleged girlfriend of one Person Under
Police Custody presently detained at MPC.

4. Immediately thereafter, PSSg Reyzel Cerbito Policarpio turned over the


said Chinese woman to this office for proper disposition and informed this investigation
that the afore-mentioned woman has already tried once to bring contraband inside the
MPC in different occasion. Further, suspect were documented in Investigation and
Intelligence Section of RHSU and later released after given stern warning. Furthermore,
she was banned to enter this Camp premises effective today.
