Necessary MEP clearance obtained
Store marble tile near each area
Concrete substrate clean, free of dirt, dust, debris and loose
particles that could affect mortar bond
Mortar bonding material ready at work area.
Setting out as per approved lay out.
Check mix proportion of bedding mortar/adhesive if any
INSTALLATION Check alignment and pattern
Check the dry fixing done as per the approved layout and
using approved bracketry and accessories
Check stone cutting at openings, pipe angle points etc
Check straightness and width of joint
Check mixing of grout
Check the continuity of the joint & grout
Check the firmness of cut stone on the bed
Check grouting is done after 24 hrs
CLEANING AND Check surplus grout is removed from the joint
FINISHING
Check all visible marks and strains are removed
check debris from the work removed from site after completion
Check approved sealer finish applied as per consultant
direction.
Check stone work completion.
Check stone work protection
