To our valued SAVI employees,

Over the past few months since the proclamation of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte of
state of public health emergency throughout the Philippines due to COVID-19
pandemic, there has been a rapid decline on our revenues and caused severe losses to
the company that has raised concerns on the viability of SAVI’s business operations.

Although this is extremely difficult on our part, it is with deep regret that SAVI informs
its employees that it is necessary for the company to change the way it conducts its
business as its last resort, otherwise if not addressed, SAVI will continue to suffer
business losses. Due to this unforeseeable circumstance, SAVI is constrained to reduce
its work force to smaller number and as a consequence it is necessary for the company
to lay off a number of its employees.

In accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code, SAVI is giving you a one (1)
month notice of the termination of your employment as well your separation pay
under Article 298 of the Labor Code. Your employment with SAVI is effectively
terminated upon the expiration of the one-month period or on [Date].

pandemic.
