Proposed Title Online Veterinary Management Information System

The proposed system is to implement an Online Veterinary Management


Area of Information System which is to design and develop an online system to
Investigation counter and eliminate problems encountered in the current manual operation
of the business. The system will automate every transaction including the
appointment scheduling, client and pet information and etc.

The researcher will create, program, and develop the proposed system
using PHP and MySQL

Reasons for
Choice of Project The proposed system aims to create an information system that will replace the
manual method of records management. Some current business setup is being
done manually; records management, appointment scheduling and other
transactions are based on pen, paper and folder methods, in line with those
problems, efficiency of outputs are also affected. With this system the proficiency
of storing information of the costumer and pets is easier.

Similar with any This proposed system has similarities with the project “Pet
