When installing, commissioning and maintaining this system, please read this chapter carefully,
make sure it is operated in compliance with the safety precautions required by this chapter.

1 Installation

Danger
■ It is installed on the flame resistant objects such as metal, to avoid the risk of fire!
■ Keep away from flammable objects, to avoid the risk of fire!

Attention
■ The conductor head or screw cannot be made to fall into the equipment to avoid damage to the
controller!
■ The controller is installed in the place with the least vibration, where it can avoid direct sunlight.
■ It is installed in the place that can bear its weight to avoid damage from falling.
■ When unpacking, the driver is found to be damaged, not installed!
■ If the packing list does not match the actual names, it will not install!
■ When transporting, it should be taken and put down gently, otherwise there will be a risk of damaging the

2 Connecting cables

Danger
■ The instructions in this manual must be followed, the construction must be carried out by the
professional electrical engineering personnel to avoid electric shock and injury.
■ There must be a switch to separate the controller and power supply, otherwise
there may be a risk of fire.
■ The controller is properly grounded according to the standard, otherwise there may be a risk

■ Never connect the input power supply to the controller output terminals (U,

3 Electrization

Danger
■ It can be electrified only after the controller is covered with the plate. After the
electrification, the cover plate cannot be opened, nor can any input terminal be touched and
controller output, otherwise it will cause electric shock.
■ All peripheral spare parts cable connections must comply with the guide in the manual.

4 Maintenance, inspection and replacement of parts

9 Suitable motor
AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is suitable for the controller,

1 Product introduction
DO3000 Center Opening Permanent Magnet Frequency Conversion Gantry Crane is a
door driving system, driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor and controlled
By stepless speed and frequency conversion, the best speed curve can be achieved, with
features such as efficient, reliable, simple to operate and less mechanical vibration. The crane

1.2 Working conditions


a) When the altitude is lower than 1,000m, with 100% nominal output current;

2.2 Installation and adjustment of the gantry crane


2.2.1 Installing the gantry crane mounting bracket

2.2.1.1 Installation of the elevator ceiling

The gantry crane elevator ceiling mounting bracket is fixed by the fixing bolt on the
Type C slot. Shown in Figure 2-2

2.2.2 Installation and commissioning of the DO3000 gantry crane

The connecting bolt is pre-installed in the door head installation hole of the
gantry crane, then the gantry crane is connected with the gantry crane mounting bracket with
connecting bolt. After installation the position of the gantry crane is adjusted, it is required
that the guide rail of the gantry crane is parallel with the elevator door sill, and use a
plumb line to ensure the vertical line of the gantry crane, if necessary, the
parallelism with joints, the deviation from parallelism and vertical is not more than 1mm. While i know

2.2.3 Door pallet installation and commissioning

2.2.3.1 Installing the asynchronous door leaf with forced opening prevention

Installation steps:

1. Adjust the back of the gantry crane hanging panel to the vertical state.

2. Open the door manually until the door interval is 200mm (at this time the wheel
on the movable knife does not connect with the lifting block of the door pallet), the body is fixed
main door pallet on the rear of the hanging panel with fixing bolt, which makes
that the distance from the fixed blade and the lock contact surface to the center of the door is
111mm after closing it in place.

3. After confirming that the force open prevention knife set screw is
locked, close the gantry crane in place, adjusts the front and rear positions of
Forced opening prevention attachments so that attachment rubber wheel and hook attached
in the force open prevention knife cooperate well, and then the horizontal position of
Forced opening prevention inserts so that the attachment rubber wheel and the flap of the
hook on the force opening prevention knife is fairly contacted and cooperate

Installation requirements (points of attention):

pay attention to the gap between the door pallet and the upper sill cover).
2. The grip value of the door vane wheels and the hall lock is between 7-9mm, in
leveling, the lock wheel is in the middle of two door vane knives, at the
operate the elevator, the wheel and the knife do not contact.

3. The vertical of the door pallet is within 0.5mm, when the door is fully closed.
elevator, the interval of two knives is between 70-72mm.

4. There is no impact between the door pallet and the lift block, the door pallet wheel and the
lift block are in proper place.

5. When closing the door into place, the relative position of the stop wheel (installed in the panel
door hanging) and the force opening prevention paddle is shown in the figure
2-19, and the paddle is raised (In the process of closing, the paddle wheel is raised with the help of the
gantry crane support), it must be ensured that the distance between the caesar wheel and the
paddle is not larger than 5mm. In this case, the support on the pallet and that of the gantry crane are
separate.

6. When the elevator is on leveling, when the elevator door is open manually, the
vanes begin to deflect down to the center of the door following the two pendulous rods,
the caesar wheel begins to contact the paddle.

7.The elevator is not on leveling, when the elevator door is open manually, the
vanes begin to deflect down to the center of the door following the two pendulous rods,
at this time if the door plate is still open, the support on the pallet and that of the crane
portico will cover together, so it will not open the door.

2.2.4 Hanging panel resistance adjustment

When there is a lot of resistance in operation, the interval between the lower wheel and the
guide rail at 0.1 ~ 0.3mm according to figure 2-6, to open and close the door smoothly.

2.2.5 Wiring for door guard

2.2.5.1 Wiring the safety contact plate

When installing the safety contact plate, its wiring is done according to figure 2-7.

2.2.5.2 Light curtain wiring

When installing the light curtain, the wiring of the safety contact plate is done according to the figure
2-8.

limit switch, when there are signals lights up constantly.

ST1 / ST2 / ST3 indicator: ST code signal is input, when there are signals lights up
constantly.

Open-to-place output indicator: After opening the door to place, the power converter
frequency comes out the open signal to its place, when there are signals it lights up constantly.

Output indicator close to place: After closing the door to place, the inverter
frequency comes out the signal to close into place, when there are signals it lights up constantly.

Fault output indicator: After faults appear, the frequency converter exits the
fault signal, when there are signals lights up constantly.

Protection output indicator: if there is no motor output, it turns off, if there is


engine lights steadily.

3.3 Using the server


3.3.1 Server usage overview

3.3.3 Data modification

In the server operation interface can display two rows of data, the original data (old, se

3.6 Treatment of frequent faults


You can check the fault code with the server. Menu 321 is entered to examine the
current fault, in menu 322 to examine the history fault, in menu 324 and press the key
ENTER, to eliminate the fault.

3.6.1 The gantry crane does not open the door

When the control system has sent the signal to open and close the door, the gantry crane cannot
open and close the door.

Step 1: enter 3312, to confirm that the Feedback mode has been set to 1

Step 3: It is inspected if the RS14 cables have been connected reliably, if the direction of

3.6.2 The control system cannot receive incoming signals

3.6.3 The door runs to the limit of opening but does not park

4 Maintenance
4.1 Regular maintenance items of the gantry crane
In elevator maintenance, when the door guide rail is cleaned, they should add the grease

on the guide rail surface to lubricate. In the meantime, the tire wheel is inspected for wear.
Hanging panel of the door, if it exceeds 1.5mm, it must be adjusted or replaced in a timely manner.

4.2 Daily maintenance items for the gantry crane
