INTRODUCTION
A. Rationale
One of the Allah power is that man have been created in many races and
etnics which is aimed to meet and know each other. This is appropriate with their
nature as social being that cannot live alone. To fulfill their necessities they have
they need to know, even making relationship with other nations. That is stated in
inner opinion or feeling which are expressed orally or with symbol according to
certain purpose of human.”1 Normally, through language people can express the
ideas, gain something such as giving information, interact with the other people,

control the attitude and make an imaginative world.2 By language human being
can receive and transmit message, so that they can know each other. A language is
not only used for speaking but also needed to develop science and technology.
There are many kinds of nations and tribes in this world and each of them
has own language. So, there are also many difference languages as stated by Allah

When we learn a language, there are four skills that we need to complete
first, then to speak, then to read, and finally to write. These are called “the four
language skills”.3 All of those skills have their own way to master them.
Speaking is the second language skill, and probably the one that most
language learners wish to perfect as soon as possible.4 It means this skill had an
important thing. Mastering this skill shows that learners here success in learning
the target of language. Learners are successful; this can be seen from their ability
to use language productively and from their achievement or the result of the
learning.

random words could not convey any fixed meaning. An idea could be deliver
