Elipse IEC 61850 Client Driver PICS Ed2 PDF

The document provides conformance statements for the IEC 61850 interface in the Elipse E3/Power system. It specifies that the interface functions as an IEC 61850 client, supporting logical devices, logical nodes, data, and data sets. It can send and receive buffered and unbuffered reports but does not support GOOSE, sampled values, logging, or setting group controls. The statements are based on IEC 61850-8-1 and indicate what aspects of the standard the interface implements.
