Ø Log on to m.ginlong.com

Ø Click on Register tab and enter correct details

Ø After clicking next you will receive a pop up like this

Ø Check your email for a verification code and enter here


within 1 minute.

Ø You will be routed to a page like this

Ø Press Create your plant in 1 minute and you will see a page
like
this

Ø Above information can be filled with the help of your
installer or if not available then you can fill this
information to the best of your knowledge as it does
not affect the data logging capabilities of the
system.

Ø Press Next and you will see this box. Click


Construction Completed

Ø You will see this box as soon as you click construction


completed

Ø Just enter the S/N written on the Wi-Fi stick and click
Add. Please see you can’t change Device type and
Brand.

Ø If above step doesn’t appear you will see something


like this

Ø Click Add New Device and you will see something like
this

Ø Follow same steps as mentioned above and you should
see something like this

Ø If you see the serial number of the inverter that means


your initial setup was OK and everything should work
after a couple of minutes.

App Setup
Ø If you are on android, go to playstore and download the
Ginlong Home app

Ø Click on login

Ø It will ask for the username or email and a password

Ø Please enter the same username and password as used to


log in to m.ginlong.com.

Ø You should be able to see your plant and couple of minutes.
