Robertson County Recorder at Book 1, Line 16, a total of 5 pages;
6 a copy of a PHOTO IDENTIFICATION AFFIDAVIT which is recorded with the PINAL COUNTY
RECORDER at FEE NUMBER 2006-159373, and recorded with the republic of Texas, Robertson
County Recorder at Book 1, Line 9, a total of 1 page; and
7 an original of the Third Party Witness Statement.
