AFFIDAVIT OF NO CONTRACTOR

I,DELFIN T. HALLARE JR, of legal age, single/married, Filipino,with residence and postal address at
7 BALIMBING ST. VALLE VERDE 1 PASIG CITY ,after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the owner of the Project situated in 10 East Capitol Drive, Brgy. Kapitolyo Pasig City

2. That I am securing a Clearance/Certification with the Office of the Building Official (OBO), City
Government of Pasig as a condition precedence for the issuance of Occupancy Permit for the HALLARE
BUILDING PROJECT ( 6th Storey Commmercial-Office Building with Roof deck and Basement)

3. That I will no longer avail the services of a contractor for the above-mentioned project.

4. The affidavit is being executed pursuant to the requirements of the City Government of Pasig and for
all legal intent and purposes.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 14th day of December 2020 at Pasig City.
