Wender Utah Rating Scale

The Wender Utah Rating Scale (WURS) is a 61-item questionnaire that assesses symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adulthood by having patients recall their childhood behaviors. Patients rate how well each statement describes them as a child on a 5-point scale, with higher scores indicating more severe symptoms. The questionnaire covers areas of inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, emotional lability, temper, anxiety, and oppositional behaviors. The results provide an assessment of childhood ADHD symptoms that may still be impacting the individual as an adult.
