Instructions:

1. Make sure to supply all the needed information (step by step solution,
including formulas).
2. Also, do not forget to include the interpretation/implication of the value that
you will get. Take note that the interpretation for grouped data is just the same
with the interpretation for the ungrouped data. (Look for WEEK 13 PPT
presentation for your reference)
3. You can either type your answer directly on a word document file or you can
write it down on a piece of paper and scan/picture it afterwards.
4. Make sure to double check if your output is presentable, readable and will
not be distorted when you submit it.
5. Make sure to submit your output on or before the assigned deadline; and if
you really can’t submit it on time - make sure to inform me.
6. Deadline of Submission: December 16, 2020 at exactly 01:00PM.
