Delicious Patarashca fish in leaf

INGREDIENTS

 6 units of Bijao leaves


 6 units of medium and whole river fish
 5 cloves of ground garlic
 2 units of Onions diced or half moon
 4 units of green peppers or sweet pepper diced
 Sacha culantro (culantro de monte) chopped
 A little vegetable oil
 ½ teaspoon of Pepper
 1 teaspoon of Cumin
 Salt to taste

STEP-BY-STEP ELABORATION

1. The fish must be cleaned and washed very well and then made 3 transverse cuts on each side
2. In a container, mix the onion, garlic, cilantro sacha, chili peppers, vegetable oil, cumin, pepper and salt to taste
3. Fill the fish with the mixture and soak it with the juice
4. Wrap the fish in a bijao leaf in such a way that it resembles the image
5. Then put it on the grill to cook on the grill for a period of 30 minutes
6. At the time of serving you can accompany it with boiled yucca or roasted plantains and its cocona pepper.
