Proposal for major
project
“Visit to orphange”
Background:
We student of 3rd semester want to present our proposal for major project
that is “ visit to orphanage”
In this we will firstly collect funds and then we will brought books and
stationary and will distribute it among children out there.
It will provide children to read from books and spend their quality time
rather than wasting time on unnecessary activities.
Further details of methodology , aims and objectives and fund raising
are mentioned below in detailed

Methodology:
The funds that we will collect from our fund raising will be the source of
money that will be used in buying books . Books can be both either
colouring or story books covering both english and urdu literature.

We want to donate because it will help childern spend their free time in
positive activity.
One of the nice feature of this project is that more children will get to
enjoy the books.
We would like to give these books to children in need such as Edhi
centre children or SOS Children’s village.

Aims and objective:


 Children will spend their free time with books.
 Children will be more happy with colouring
 Children will a good time because books and colouring are a
source of arts.
 Books are source of different informations.
 Giving books to children will make reading common because as
we know our generation have stopped reading books or
newspapers due to these technological equipments.
 These books will help children to explore more and this will help
them relax their mind.

Budgeting:
 We will use our pocket money for funds.
 We will use our saving for funds.
 Let us enlist the help of our parents, siblings, friends and relatives
to raise funds.
 If we need more money, we would set up a fries stall in F-9 park or
any other commercial area.

Activities:
 We will do face painting with the children.
 We will play games with the children like
Puzzle solving.
Singing national songs.
Photography etc
☆Children’s day will go well with all these things and they will feel
happy relax and comfortable
