1.0 Introduction

Today when the technology on its peak every person or students have no time to spend more
time to find the meaning of specific word. This chrome extension make it easy to find meaning
and other factors of word. This application works in both online and offline mode facilitate the
user so that he/she can make his/her reading fast and help to understand the article in a
meaningful manners.

2.0 Existing System

Usually existing application giving different features for example some extension give just
simple meaning or some gives synonyms or definition only online mode.

2.1 Problem Statement

The main issue is when a person have short time and they are doing other curricular activity
and he/she do not have time to search and see the meaning of word manually or use
application which gave some features they can’t help in meaningful manner and after using
these applications he/she feel to browse the meaning manually.

3.0 Proposed System

We are proposing to make a chrome extension which will do many tasks our proposed system
have many features such as No Password Required, Simple meaning , Definition , Synonyms,
give grammar explanation.

4.0 Advantages
The main Benefits are the followings.

 It help in saving time

 It can define the word
 Gives same meaning words
 It can explain grammar e.g. noun, verb or adverb etc.

5.1 No Password Required

In this feature of our chrome extension we will not required any password or any login
credential detail to run this extension and the more important thing about this extension is still you have
to login to the freelancer account means to say we still have to make sure the your account is logged in
chrome browser.

5.2 Time Secure

By using this application you don’t need to go different sites because your requirement is fulfill in
one root.

5.3 Online Mode

This extension work online.

5.4 Offline Mode


This application also works on offline mode

You can find the meaning of word which you are selected.

You can find the definition of word which you are selected.

5.7 Synonyms

You can find the synonyms of word which you are selected.

5.8 Grammar Clarification

It can give you the grammar clarification about the word e.g. it will tell you that the selected word
is noun, pronoun etc.

5.9 Usage of Word in sentence

This application told about the selected word how to use the word in sentence.

6.0 Proposed Plan for Implementation


The work time for this project is split up into the following sections:

6.1 Requirement Specification


Requirements gathering phase will be completed in 10 days after the start of the project.

6.2 Application Design


The application’s design included the data flow paths and the interface of the system. It will be
completed within month after the completion of requirement specification phase.

6.3 Application Development


After the successful completion of the design phase, development phase will start and will be
completed within 3 months approximately.

6.4 Application Testing


After the development stage the testing will be performed to check the proper functionality of
the application. The completion of this phase will depend upon the testing results. This phase
will be completed approximately in a week
