In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as SCHOOL GUIDANCE
DESIGNATE of BRAULIO G. DANO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, Makilala Central District,
effective immediately. This designation is effective until such time it is revoked by this office.

With such designation, you are expected to perform the following official duties and functions
inherent to the position: (D.O. 99, s.2010)

a. Provides orientation to students in all year levels


b. Organizes functional and suitable guidance and counseling program
c. Provides effective individual and group counseling
d. Identifies students’ needs and problems
e. Coordinates with the Higher officers, community, NGOs or Gos for program support

This assignment/designation is in addition to your regular functions as Teacher 1 and will not
provide additional compensation/salary nor claims for priority in promotion, except reimbursement of
actual travelling expenses while on official travel.

Please be guided accordingly.
