WRIT FOR HABEAS CORPUS

James Jones, d/b/a CEO ABC BANK, and Bill Brown, d/b/a Successor Trustee, you are hereby
commanded under this Writ for Habeas Corpus to appear in the above court at the location of the Fifth
District Court sitting in Washington and Iron county, Utah state, on the _______ day _________ month,
2006, at the time of ______________ , in such room as the clerk may direct and to return this writ verified
true, correct, and complete, and not misleading.

1. James Jones, d/b/a CEO ABC BANK, and Bill Brown, d/b/a SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, you are
hereby commanded under this Writ for Habeas Corpus to there and then produce and disclose the
following original signature documents that lawfully justify your restraint of the liberty in regards
to the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the herein described property commonly known as
123 Main Street, Any Town, Utah, as to the lawful nature and cause of the restraint of liberty if
any there be.

2. The documents to be produced are the original signature Deed of Trust signed by Winston Shrout
for 123 Main Street, Any Town, Utah, and the original signature Promissory Note tendered by
Winston Shrout at close of escrow on ?????, 2005, and the original signature Mortgage Contract
signed by Winston Shrout.

3. The Respondents are to bring forth any positive law which allows the assignment of said
documents to ABC BANK from any source whatsoever.

4. The court, should the Respondent fail or refuse to provide the originals of said documents as
requested in this writ shall deem that either the Respondents are in contempt of court or else they
do not have any such documents.

5. The court will order the immediate release and discharge of Petitioner from the Respondents
restraint if such restraint is found to be without cause and unlawful, and will order the immediate
discharge of all restraints, impounds, liens, suits, duties, obligations, foreclosures and the like.
