Change Management Approach

Although there are several approaches that lead to effective change management, however the
approach that we have considered involves:

 Creating awareness
 Acceptance
 Skill development
 Implementation

 One of the most necessary steps for effective change management is to maintain a
balance between the existing HRM and the new CM. HRM should be taken in to
consideration on every step of the change process.
 Involvement of the concerned staff from various offices of AGP and CGA is considered
necessary for bringing an effective change. Participation at inter and external
departmental level would also be valued.
 The change management unit should comprise of leaders and innovators who are
excellent in bringing change.
 The change strategy should be accompanied by the operational steps and procedures,
beginning with the establishment of task force leading to the training of employees
according to the change model.
 Beginning with the eminent changes we would lead to final cultural change; which
would be our main focus.
 Change management would be further strengthen by working jointly with AGP and
CGA, working as a team would enable us overcoming the resisting forces.
 Taking the key people from every department a task force would be created that will
support the change management process.
 Communication is a massive tool for successfully implementing the change process. It is
believed that an effective communication process should be designed to avoid the
resistance to change from the stakeholders. The change management will use all the
traditional and modern tools for bringing the effective change.
 Final step of the change process is the designing of implementation process, which will
comprise of set of programs and models designed according to the targeted audience.
The plan would be implemented after reviewing its schedule.
