 Reading selection “ The Tiger’s Whiskers” By Yao-wen Li ( pages. 133-136)

IV. ASSESSMENT
After reading the selection, answer the following questions:
Write your answer on a one whole sheet of paper.
1. Why did Yun Ok’s husband change from being loving and gentle to being cross and
unpredictable?
2. Yun Ok risk her life to pursue her goal. Why is she willing to face the risk? Why do you think
she was successful?
3. Do you agree with the statement?
“If a dangerous wild beast will respond to your gradual and patient care, do you think a man
will respond any less willingly?

V. ASSIGNMENT
List at least (5) Five Korean dramas that you have watched or seen and discuss briefly the story
all about.
