For me, team sport consist of a coach and an athletes , that coach and the player
athletes working together towards the same goals. Team sports is an activity in
which a group of individuals, on the same team, where we can see the teamwork of
approach. It is a group activity which improve the health, fitness, skills and
intellectual ability of a player. It also relieve stress and teach us important lessons
like good sportsmanship, teamwork and perseverance. It also helps you build
relationships with other people, and increases your social skills. Playing team sports
Success or failure in competition depends on how you put your play in a game most
important thing is be responsible, discipline, good listener and enjoy the game as
you love the game. Working with other team members teaches accountability, even
we commit mistakes. Being able to accept failure and learn from it is one of the most
crucial steps toward success. It teaches athletes important life skills such as to
respect one another, act in unselfish ways, make good decisions on behalf of the
team, and not an arrogant player. Teammates learn to support each other through
the games, even it will comes up in bad game. Because having a bad game isn't the
end of the world. In team sports, it doesn’t matter which team has the best player,
Teamwork in team sports is one of the important skill for students in team sports. But
despite its importance, most students do not know how to work together as a
attention. Every player needs to understand how important it is for them to work
the whole team and be willing to act unselfishly. Teamwork teaches essential
communication and social skills between players and coaches, such as active
listening and effective speaking. Strong communication makes it possible for the
team to know the strategy, what is coming next, how to correct an error, and how to
praise success. When working as a team, students learn how to listen to their
leaders and coaches in order to perform their individual roles. Students learn how to
listen to one another in order to have a connection and unity each one another.
Teamwork teaches students how to respectfully and confidently express their ideas
team has players that share common goals, a common vision and have some level
of interdependence that requires both verbal and physical interaction. Teams come
into existence through shared attitudes about a particular sport. They may come
together for several different reasons, but they have the same goal to achieve peak
performance and experience success. Students who join a team sports have the
opportunity to learn many life lessons that can carry them into adulthood. Team
sports not only help you get in shape and stay that way, but also it is a great way to
connect with people from different backgrounds and become part of a larger
community. A team without teamwork will never be successful in the end. This is why
most team coaches spend a good amount of time in order to foster teamwork within
