In todays time, People no longer read newspapers and journals as they are time-
consuming and lengthy to read. They choose a new alternative that tells information quickly,
visualizes patterns over time and space, compares and contrasts, organizes information to
disclose relationships and describes a process. And that is infographic.

Essay.

1. What does "backing up" my computer or files really mean?

- In information technology, a backup, or data backup is a copy of computer data


taken and stored from one machine onto a second medium, such as a hard drive. There
are different types of data storage devices used for copying backups of data that is
already in secondary storage onto archive files. Computer backup is necessary because
losing confidential data is a high risk for most people. There should be additional data
backups of the original data to reduce the risk of data corruption or hard drive failure.

2. How online backup is important as a student?

-Online backup is important to students in doing activities especially in these days


as Online Classes becomes the new normal for the new education system. Personally, I
have experienced all of my important files being corrupted by a virus and I didn’t have
any back-ups. I learned my lesson about backing up files and how it should be practiced
by everyone.
