4. Problem Identification & Definition: As land registration is a very crucial


process and regarded to be secured before exposing it to internet. Rather
than maintaining the data on papers and other databases, Blockchain can
serve a more secured and better way of residing the land registration data.

5. Proposed Methodology: Storing the registration data on blockchain blocks


with hashing mechanism and encrypting the data with SHA-256 algorithm.
The data on blockchain is verified by all the participants and will be
established in blocks. Thus, data can not be modified and distributed among
all the nodes.

6. Tools/Simulator Uses’: Ethereum Blockchain, Hyperledger Fabric

7. Conclusion: Land registration process can be accomplished using the


blockchain network efficiently and can be emerged as a big application for
such a confidential process.
