wise ones find out the cause and
learn from each fall.

we cope better with all kinds of Dukkha.

Pleasant or unpleasant happenings


will come to pass.
All conditioned things are impermanent,
they don’t last.

The worth of a spiritual friend is undoubtedly great.


He helps us on our quest to cut, greed,
delusion and hate.

Being one who is truthful, honest, with integrity,


is an important part of practicing morality.

Refrain from lying, slander,


using harsh speech and gossip.
This will keep away much trouble,
suffering and hardship.

The past is dead and gone, the future yet to be.


Of the past, don’t regret, feel remorse or guilty.
Of the future, don’t speculate and don’t worry.
Be with the present, think, speak and act positively.

Feelings of anger and hate
are fraught with dangers.

You chart your future by what you think,
