6. NATIONAL ARTIST INSIGNIA – it is a grand collar adorned by circular links representing the arts. The main
medallion commemorates the sun and the colors of the Philippine flag. The highly stylized three letter Ks stand
for KATOTOHANAN, KABUTIHAN, KAGANDAHAN.
