negative reaction against the employees who raise concern. There are
conflicts in many company but no one leaks their conflicts in front of

happen when the employee or conduct business with someone with
whom he has a close personal relationship & it can also happen when he
owns invest in or does work for company that competes, does business
or wants to do business with Nike. A conflict can even happen if
employee simply accept, give or offer gifts, hospitality or favor from or
to parties doing business with Nike unless having an approval in
advance from ethics. Misunderstanding, complaints or perceptions of
favoritism anything that might disrupt the workplace must be resolved
approximately or avoided. All managers must avoid even the appearance
