I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for MIDEKSA TOLASA DINAGDE
regarding his academic potentials.
I have known Mideksa Tolasa for the past two years in field of Mechanical (Thermal and
Aerospace) Engineering at Adama Science and Technology University as has taken the
following courses that I instructed such as: Applied Thermodynamics, Refrigeration Engineering.
As his profession, I have had an opportunity to observe his participation and interaction in class
and to evaluate Mideksa knowledge of the subject matter. He is outstanding students in all
respects. He has proven that through hard work, follow through, and team work, he can
accomplish tasks a courteous and timely manner.
Mideksa has always demonstrated great intuitive, punctual and positive attitude, as well as good
team working skills. Mideksa is maintaining continual self-learning and growth through
extensive reading and exercise, this helps him to gain deep understanding in the field of
Mechanical Engineering. He starts everything from scratch, it is one of the basic strength I have
never shown in other students.
Mideksa is well equipped to grow from challenges that he is presented with, his patience,
understanding and mechanical workshop skills, I strongly suggest Mideksa in postgraduate
studies and job position. If given a chance to exercise when he has studied in area related to
technology, I am confident that he will be the creative and research student. If you have any
