About Jadu
Jadu offers a new path to a rewarding career by creating a new way to learn and work. 
We aim to enhance and instill essential skills and expertise in the youth, and to link them 
with organizations all around the world to find remote jobs.  

As per the Future of Jobs 2020 Report, the World Economic Forum estimates that a total 
of 95 million job roles will emerge in tech by 2025 and through its program Jadu aims to 
create a talent pipeline for these opportunities. 

About the Program


The first track of the program is the “Full Stack Developer Fellowship”. The program is 
an immense, hands-on, online program taught by pioneers in the tech industry, aimed to 
impart technical and soft skills in people and help them into a remote job placement. 
 
The 4-month remote work fellowship is focused not only on developing technical skills, 
but also on polishing interpersonal skills essential to take a remote job.   
The program will also connect students to a global community of tech experts who will 
assist them in finding remote jobs all around the globe.

Who is it for?
Our ideal cohort consists of tech savvy people who are motivated to move ahead of the 
curve and embrace the future of work with their digital skills.  
The program is open to anyone who has career aspirations to work remotely in the Tech 
industry. 
If you wish to join our program, you must fulfill the following requirements:  
● You must have access to internet along with a laptop 
● You must be 18 years of age or older prior to the expected start date 
● You should be able to converse in English 
Why you should enrol
At Jadu, we offer a practical approach to learning by incorporating projects to provide 
students with hands-on experience and prepare them to become confident developers.  
The program could be your ticket to a better future as our mentors from tech giants like 
Google, Facebook and Amazon will not only impart knowledge in you, but would also 
connect you to their global community network and help you find remote jobs.

Students will also have access to on-on-one sessions with their instructors and mentors 
for any guidance they may need. At the end of the program, a career coach will help the 
students prepare for job interviews and embark on their respective careers.

maximize employability and to ensure learning of the mandatory skills needed to bridge 
the overgrowing gap in education and market requirements.

FAQs
Do I need an IT background for this program? 
No, our program is open to students and professionals from any educational 
background. We aim to build a diverse cohort as it would bring in people with different 
experiences and perspectives, thus making our sessions more interactive and fun. 

Where will the classes be conducted? 


Our classes will be conducted online thrice a week. All the classes will be live, NOT 
recorded. 

How many classes will be held each week? 


We offer two technical classes and one soft skills development class each week. The 
classes will be conducted on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays in the evening (7pm-9pm) 

NOTE: We understand life happens and emergencies arise, so in that case, the student 
must inform the instructor or the program lead that he/she will miss a class. However, 
the student will solely be responsible for the missed lecture and will have to take 
guidance by asking questions in the next session or via Slack or Facebook Group. 

How much time will I have to commit each week? 


We require your attendance in 3 classes per week. Each class will be 2 hours long. In 
addition to this, we encourage our participants to spend more time on practice and 
application of what they are taught. 

Who are the mentors and how can we connect with them? 
Our mentors are highly qualified and experienced industry experts who are keen on 
helping you get the optimal quality learning experience. 
 
Our mentors will be available during and after classes to help you with any guidance you 
may need. You can contact them during lectures or after lectures in our Facebook Group 
where we encourage participants to create an environment of peer to peer learning.  

Will I get any proof of participation/completion of the program? 


Yes, you will be given certificates of completion upon graduation.  
Will I be provided with the learning resources after lectures? 
Yes, you will be given all the material used in the lectures including PowerPoint slides, 
video tutorial links etc.  

What is the cost of the program? 


Our program is absolutely 100% free for enrollment and students don't have to pay 
anything until they are hired or get a remote job. 
 
Once you find a job after the completion of the program, you will have to pay 2X your 
salary when you get a job. For example if you find a job with a monthly salary of 
Rs.50,000, you will have to pay back Rs100,000. 
 
This amount has to be paid within six months after completion of the program. (Read 
our Income Sharing Agreement below for more details) 

Will Jadu program help me get a job?


We do everything we can to help you get a job. Our career services team will help you 
connect with recruiters, and will also help you prepare for job interviews, prepare a 
resume and even help you in salary negotiations. At the end of the day though, you are 
the one that needs to apply, interview and land the job. 

Where are you located?


We are headquartered in Islamabad but as champions of remote work, we have a team 
that’s spread across Pakistan.  

When will you announce the candidates who are selected?


We will have an answer to your application by the end of January, 2021. If you are 
selected, you will be informed via email. 

Do we still have to pay if we don’t get a job after completion of the program?
The ISA model is our way of investing in you. We select students we believe will be 
successful, and cover your tuition until you're in a financial position to pay us back. 
 
We are confident that we will be able to get you a job and our team will help you out 
throughout the process. Hence, when you do get a job, you will have to pay us back 
within 6 months. 
Can people under 18 apply?
Unfortunately, we are only accepting applications for people over 18 at the moment.  

What is the duration of the program?


The program is 4 months long; the program will begin in February and will end in June.

Registration Process
Interested students are invited and encouraged to apply via our official website. You will 
be required to fill in our Application Form. 
 
Our team will screen the applications and notify the selected candidates via email. Each 
student will be required to agree to our terms and conditions by signing a contract. 
Students will also have to sign our income sharing agreement before the 
commencement of classes. 

Income Sharing Agreement (ISA) 


Income sharing agreement is the pricing model for the program. ISA is a contract under 
which a candidate agrees to pay 2X his post program completion salary paid over 6 
months. This means that once a student lands a job after completing the program, he 
will be liable to pay 2X a month’s salary to us.  
 
For instance, if a student finds a job with a monthly salary of Rs.50,000, he will have to 
pay Rs100,000 over a period of 6 months.
