KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
 

I, John T. Lantoria, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married to Lemarie Rose F.


Lantoria, born on the 17th of July 1954, a resident of 927 Brixton Homes Subdivision,
General Santos City, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting
under undue influence or intimidation from anyone, do hereby declare and proclaim
this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in English, the language which I am
well conversant. I hereby declare that:

I. I desire that should I die, it is my wish to be buried according to be executed in
teachings of the Roman Catholic Church and interred at our a language or
family home in General Santos City; dialect known
to the testator.
II. To my beloved wife Lemarie Rose F. Lantoria, I give and bequeath
the following property to wit: our two-story family home in General Santos
City; our apartment located in Davao City; and the 6-hectare land located
in No. 3737 in Malaybalay, Bukidnon;

III. To my esteemed children, Lovelyn Marie F. Lantoria and Ralph


Allen F. Lantoria, I give and bequeath the following properties to wit:
all my other properties, real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever
located, in equal shares, provided that my 2020 Toyota Fortuner Car shall
be given to my son;
 
IV. To my dear brother, Jason T. Lantoria and Karidad L. Tan, I
give and bequeath my 5-hectare agricultural land located in Maragusan,
Davao de Oro, in equal shares;

V. I hereby designate my wife, Lemarie Mae F. Lantoria as the


executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament, and in her
incapacity, I name and designate my daughter, Lovely Marie F.
Lantoria, as her substitute.

VI. I hereby direct that the executor and administrator of this Last Will
and Testament or his substitute need not present any bond;

VII. I hereby revoke, set aside and annul any and all of my other will or
testamentary dispositions that I have made, executed, signed or published
preceding this Last Will and Testament.

acknowledgment is written, and has been signed on the left margin of each and every
page thereof by the testator and her witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
