their interview on skype and also need to schedule their live writing test after the interview
on skype. Once writing test is done you then need to score them on scale of 1-10.
Note: No need to schedule writing test for HR , Chinese speaking & Visual graphics interns.
Based on the score, you will then update the candidate the about the team they will be
assigned to.

Amazon product Listings or Fashion jewellery (Tech / Non-Tech)- 5 - 9 /10 for any country
Every day login is mandatory for at least for 2-3 hours & be very clear in conveying this
so that ours & their time is not wasted.
In any case if unable to login they need to inform the same on their management chat
which is opened after joining.
3 months is minimum duration, max can be extended depending on the performance
Clearly explain them which team they will be assigned to after getting onboard based on
their writing score so that later they don’t claim that this role is not relevant to them.
As an intern you will be collaborating with the content marketing team in order to expand
our marketing channels. Aspects of the role include:

- Assisting in updates/upgrades in our digital platforms
In the temporary role of co-op Technical Writer, you will support the Project Team and
Operations team by providing technical expertise and core competencies in developing and
updating operational documents. This will include, but is not limited to, standard operating
procedures and job aids that are legal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to gain an in-depth understanding
of the procedures and documentation requirements for developing and updating
operational documents and learning resources, required for the various securities
exchange requirements.
- Develop and update a variety of operational documents and learning resources
according to defined standards and templates.
- Review documents with Subject Matter Experts for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate and ensure required documents are available to deliver training Publish
and monitor the documents according to the document management standards
established for each jurisdiction.
This team mainly involved in providing product listing for Amazon Products Listing includes
the total details (description, features, quality etc) of the product should be filled in the xlsm
files. For every task, we will provide one product sheet and two template sheets, one each
for USA and Canada. After finishing of that task one can upload it for review and make it
successful execution. For a responsible, energetic and active candidate we provide

- Products depends on the manager you are assigned to and what categories he is

Only Chinese speaking interns are considered for this position. They will be working on
sourcing of our products, doing research, contacting with suppliers .
Once interview is complete, the feedback needs to be posted on your HR group and wait for
offers to be sent.
Once you get the confirmation about offer being sent, you then need to follow up with them
for signed agreement copy and once you receive it then induction need to be scheduled.
Below are step by step instructions on how to conduct induction but its advisable you
conduct your first induction under the assistance of your HR (the one who got you onboard
or your HR team leader whoever Is readily available )
Guide to conduct Induction
When you schedule an induction session with a candidate, please make sure: -
-Request for candidate’s credentials from Barbara or Amie by giving them the following
information: - Name-_____ Email-_____ and signed agreement folder link. Make sure to ask
for credentials one day prior.
Please ask candidate to share their screen. (It’s at the bottom right hand side of the skype
conversation window/ 3 dots)
1. Click on the link you have been sent on Skype and log in with the details provided.
2. Click on ‘roundcube.’
3. This page consists of your work inbox. You will use this email address to receive,
compose and carry out all work- related emails.
4. Please save this page as a bookmark.
5. Open another tab and go to your personal email.
6. You would have received an email invitation from “Bitrix24” as shown below- (be
sure to check your junk or spam folder just in case)
7. Open the email and “accept invitation.” Then you would be directed to the below
screen
a. Input the above details to register on bitrix and bookmark the bitrix page so
that you need not loging every day. All you need to do is open the page and
clock in .
b. Bitrix will act as your personal office and will allow you to communicate with
peers and the management.
c. Then fill your bitrix profile page as below and mention gao teams webmail
and delete your gmail form the profile .
8. In Bitrix, at the top, you ‘clock in’ whenever you start your work and you ‘clock out’
whenever you finish.
9. Remember to type in “logged in” on the Daily Attendance group chat whenever you
clock-in and type “logged out” whenever you clock out.
10. You may take as many breaks as you wish but you can only clock in/out TWICE in a
day , otherwise the hours you have done will not be registered.
11. You must also remember to clock out before midnight.
12. Go to your profile and edit the contact email to be your work email
([email protected]) instead of your personal email, also you need to upload
a picture and fill in other details.
13. Click on your name > my profile > edit contact email > type in your work email
14. There will be a bell symbol at the top right-hand side. Click on it and press “connect
folder.”
15. Please explain the Chat platform.
Further documents will be provided.
You can download the desktop app for Bitrix on either Windows or Mac if you wish.
You can also download the Bitrix app on your smartphone.
Please inform the candidate that it is mandatory to log in every weekday at least, incase
they are unable to log in for more than 2 days at a time ,during the internship they need to
inform the management in advance.
(Please also explain DAILY PLAN and DAILY SUMMARY for their convenience)
AFTER INDUCTION:- CREATE A PRIVATE GROUP WITH AMIE, BARBARA AND INTRODUCE
THE CANDIDATE WITH DETAILS (HELLO TEAM!......) THEN ADD THE CANDIDATE TO THE
CHAT) with the below format . Chat name should be – Candidate name - (position he
applied ). Example Sandra – Digital Marketing

Please make sure that you create a PRIVATE GROUP (not public) and only after you finish
the induction.
Important Note: Please make sure you have received the set of documents (Job ads, reply
letters and other HR related documents). Its mandatory only the documents shared are to
be used without any modifications to them. Please contact your respective team lead for
any assistance.
Leave Policy –
If you are out for more than 4 days, System will automatically remove your access. Thus,
inform your HR or you can post in your management chat which will be opened after
induction 2 days earlier before taking any leave or on the leave day if that’s due to
sickness.
