 Valid ID ng kukuha ng clearance(Original and Xerox)

 Driver's license  Postal ID
 GSIS / SSS UMID  Voter's ID
Card  PRC ID
 PhilHealth ID  Company ID
 Clearance Fee – Php 60 (Sixty pesos)

2. For Probation / Bail / Detainee (Nakakulong)
