Instructions: Attempt all the questions. They all carry equal marks. Font of main heading should be 14 and bold;
font of sub-heading should be 12 and bold; rest of the text should be of 12 in size; writing style should be Times
New Roman. Paragraph must be justified and use line space of 1.5 only. The plagiarist assignments will not be
marked and will be given no credits. This assignment must be submitted in google classroom. The classroom code
will be shared by the instructor in your Whatsapp group.

Define the following terms with suitable examples. Each term should be justified with 20 examples.

I. The word ‘demonstrate’ is derived from Latin ‘demonstrare’ which means ‘to show clearly’. Differentiate
between demonstrative adjective and demonstrative pronoun with at least 20 examples. (05)
II. Possession refers to belonging, differentiate between possessive adjective and possessive pronoun with at
least 20 examples. (05)

A pronoun is used instead of a noun, Draw a table of personal pronouns with their cases. Each personal pronoun has
three cases; each case should carry at least 5 examples. The sentence structure of every example should be different
from the other one.

i. Define Verb and its types with suitable examples. Each type should carry 10 examples.
ii. Define Adverb and its types with suitable examples. Each type should carry 10 examples.
iii. Define Conjunction and its types with suitable examples. Each type should carry 10 examples.
