Upgrade Data Limit:

Sample Case :

Step1:

To Upgrade ADSL 300GB to Unlimited , go to internet line and click renew/close button

Step2:

Go to upgrade tab and select desired Plan ( ADSL unlimited ), fill the term and revise amount as per
plan and then select the start and closing date respectively and click Continue button.
Step3:

You will see two lines , one open line with new plan under the main internet line and closing line
with old plan.

Step4:

In this final step , you can verify the plan by checking the Data Limit that should be 0 in case of
Unlimited plan.

Once above steps are done, update a tracker/ customer .

Sample Tracker Note:

“Hi Customer,

We are pleased to inform you that your ADSL plan has been upgraded from 300GB to Unlimited as
per request with a monthly pricing $79.95*.
Please feel free to contact in case of any issue.

Regards,”

*Notes: Price will vary accordingly to plan.

The total estimated time of plan upgrade is 15-20mins.
