Getting Past The Gatekeeper

Screener: Hello, ABC Technology. How can I help you?

If you know the Decision-Maker’s name:

You: ______ please.

Screener: Who's calling?

You: Tell him/her it's _________. Do you know if he/she is in?

Screener: What company are you with?

You: Just tell him/her it's 7 Figure Automation. He/she should be


familiar with us. I'll hold thank you.

If you DON’T know the Decision-Maker’s name:

You: Hi this is ______ and I’m calling about your Infusionsoft account.

Is the business owner or marketing manager in?

Screener: What company are you with?

You: It’s 7 Figure Automation. You should be familiar with us. I'll hold
thank you.

If they ask what the call is about?

You: Would you tell him/her I'm calling on behalf of your Infusionsoft
account? I'll hold while you get him/her. Thank you.

Or

You: I'm calling to see about possibly doing some business. Can I
speak to them?
When they ask what company you're with:

Would you tell him/her it's the Service Manager from 7 Figure

If decision-maker says they’re not familiar with your company:
