Information Flow Notes:
[1] Artwork is received from customer and used to a negative
image of the circuit pattern.
[2] Artwork image is transferred to configure boards for drilling.
[3] Artwork design is digitized and programed on a CD that is used
to select tools and determine hole locations and sizes.
[4] CNC router is prepared with artwork CD.
[5] Customer information used to determine shipping destination.
[6] 1% of preshipment products are rejected and deemed to be
total losses.
[7] 6% of preshipment products are rejected due to incomplete
operations and reworked. Reworked products may presumably
return any point in the manufacturing process that an incomplete
operation is detected during inspection.
