Recce Location Template 2

This document is a location survey form for filming at 11 Mamba Grove in Weston-Super-Mare, the home of Josh Wildgust. The production team plans to film on February 3rd and will not require permission as it is Josh's house. It is an indoor location so there will be no issues with sound, weather, or continuity between shots. Lighting and electricity are available inside the house. The scene has all necessary props and no set dressing is needed. The house has bathrooms, food, and parking available. Only those living in the home will be on set so COVID restrictions can be followed easily.

No permission needed, it is josh's house.

Audio/visual problems:(how will you deal with sound/visual interruptions from passing cars, the
public, road works, airplanes/trains, police sirens, wind, general interruptions to filming and audio)

It’s inside of a house so no problems when shot at the right time.

Weather conditions: (could the weather affect your filming in any way?)

No as it is inside.

Continuity: (is anything about the location likely to change during the shoot or if you return to it to
film more than once? E.g. roadworks in 1st shot/ gone in next, poster on wall/gone in next shot)

There will be no changes as it will all be filmed in one day.

Electricity/Lighting issues: (will you need an electricity supply and is there access to one? Is lighting
adequate or does it need altering?

Lighting will be provided by the lights inside the house, there are plug sockets around the house to
charge phones.
Set dressing: (does your set contain everything you want to show in your scene or will it need
something else adding to it to have the impact you want?)

The scene has everything needed for the shot.

Welfare: (can your crew/talent get refreshments, are there toilets near, is it far? do they need to
stay overnight near filming location?)

Inside the house there are three toilets. Also, there is food provided, can be stored in a fridge,
cupboard or can be cooked at the cooker. There is also a microwave to heat up food. No overnight
staying required.

Parking/Public transport to location: (how will the crew/talent get to the location? Is there parking
or a bus/train station near by?)

I have a garage where two cars can park.

Covid 19 restrictions: (how will you manage Covid – 19 restrictions, e.g 1 metre rule, masks,
sanitiser?)

Only members on set is me and my family, who are all in the same bubble.
