Dynamic shock loading of the system hes been considered in the design and performance specifications. All load-tested equipment will be provided with DNV witnessed load test certificates, Design certification is not required on any component. The following loads and forces were taken into account when determining design loads for all components. Live load - based on the maximum weight in air of the ROV configured for normal operation, its maximum allowable through frame li, the TMS air weight, and maximum in water weight of the ‘TMS plus umbilical through the full operating depth range. Water weight of the ROV and TFL is considered zero. Other loads - including added mass, entrained water, and hydrodynamic drag (accounted for as below under dynamic loads). ‘Dynamic loads - mass accelerations to operate the ROV system to a maximum of 3G dynamic loading conditions. “Ts RGSS CSAS STBSATT TGTTONG aN Te SDS capyTENL WATT propo ofr Teensed 16 Peny SINGS SENS Fae a ie rvormeton contaiied nf may netbe used o dlcosed whut te pir writen consent of Perr Singsby Systems b Pi Ta PERRY SLINGSBY SYSTEMS Bae | August 2000 ‘TECHNIP GROUP Doc.Ref : QTEPOEO37AR1 Geoconsult Triton® XLS 150 Technical Specification. ‘The Triton® XLS 150 ROV system Is fit for purpose and utlizes the design criteria of DNV regulations and requirements for installation and operations.
