INTRODUCTION

This Information System is designed to manage the tasks of controlling inventory, sales and
purchases, billing and financial status of a neighborhood store or mini market, its interface
is simple and intuitive, consumes under resource and is available to work on most operating
systems on desktop computers and/or smartphones.

STEPS TO NAVIGATE THE SYSTEM

Access the system and its different tasks as described below:

1. LOG IN

Go to the web page with URL: www.minimercadoromy.com , type your username and
password, click the Enter button.

2. MAIN MENU

After logging in you will reach the main menu, the processes to follow are displayed, select
one of them by clicking the button.

3. USERS

To enter the USERS submenu, click its button from the main menu, select task to continue
clicking the Create, Edit, Delete, or View User button.

On the Create, Edit, Delete, or Query User tasks page, fill in the required fields and finish
the task.

4. SUPPLIERS

To enter the SUPPLIERs submenu, click its button from the main menu, select task to
continue clicking the Create, Edit, Delete, or Query Vendor button.

On the Create, Edit, Delete, or Query User tasks page, fill in the required fields and finish
the task.

5. CUSTOMERS

To enter the CUSTOMERS submenu, click its button from the main menu, select task to
continue clicking the Create, Edit, Delete, or Query Vendor button.

On the Create, Edit, Delete, or Query User tasks page, fill in the required fields and finish
the task.

6. INVENTORY

To enter the INVENTORY submenu, click its button from the main menu, select task to
continue clicking the Inventory or Products button.

On the Inventory task page you can check the stock

To enter the PRODUCTS submenu, click its button from the Inventory menu, select task to
continue clicking the Create, Edit, Delete, or View Product button.

7. BILLING

To enter BILLING, click its button from the main menu, select task to continue clicking the
Create, Edit, Delete or View Invoice button.

On the Create, Edit, Delete, or Query User tasks page, fill in the required fields and finish
the task.

8. FINANCIAL STATUS

To enter FINANCIAL STATUS, click its button from the main menu, select task to
continue by clicking the Balance Sheet, Reports, Sales or Purchasing button.

9. SYSTEM

To enter FINANCIAL STATUS, click its button from the main menu.

Enter ABOUT THE SYSTEM by clicking on its button for basic information and technical
and operational requirements of the software.

 Log in to BACKUP & RESTORE by clicking its button to set up email and backups.

Log in to RESET, clicking its button to restart the program or load them from backup.

Enter UPDATE by clicking its button to update the software.

10. LOG OUT

From any screen you can close lease by clicking the Exit button, don't forget to save or
finish the active tasks.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

With Inventory Control Software you can manage all your products and manage them
through inventory, control purchases and sales, manage billing, get reports of products sold,
billing, employee data and financial status.

GLOSSARY

Website: A set of information that is located at a certain address on the Internet.

Sign in: The user must enter a previously assigned username and password to access the
information system.

Log out: When the user is on the system and wants to exit.

Information System: A computer program that helps manage, collect, retrieve, process,
store, and distribute relevant company information.
