Eligibility:
1. MCA & B.Tech (All Branch) – 2021 pass out batch

2. Good understanding of Mathematics/Analytics

3. Prior knowledge / project experience as a ‘Full stack Java Developer’ or ‘Full stack PHP Developer’

4. Good communication & career 70% throughout are added advantages (Non Career students
having Prior knowledge / project experience as a ‘Full stack Java Developer’ or ‘Full stack PHP
Developer’ are eligible.)

Internship– [Every selected candidates have to go for 6 months

Terms and Conditions & Compensation during Internship:
1. Interns will be eligible for stipend amount of Rs.12,000 (Rupees Twelve Thousand Only) per month
for the internship period effective their date of joining as intern.

2. Upon successful completion of internship, Interns will be given option to continue with STL in
employment mode. In such a case, they will be required to enter into a Service Agreement (24
months) to be executed between them and the Company on the day of joining as employee.

3. Accommodation facility to be provided throughout duration of internship on chargeable basis.

1. Programming on Java / PHP 


a. Fundamental Concepts: OOPS, DBMS 
b. Frontend 1 (Basic): Html 5, CSS 3 and JavaScript (Common for PHP and JAVA) 
Frontend2 (Advanced) : Bootstrap 4, Angular 9, React JS 
c. Backend 1 (Basic): Core Java, MVC Spring Framework - ----JAVA 
d. Backend2 (Advanced): NodeJs, Spring Boot, REST API, DJANGO ----Advanced JAVA 
e. Backend3 (Basic): PHP in Framework (Codeignitor, Laravel) -----PHP  \
f. Backend4 (Advanced): REST API in PHP ----PHP 
g. Database : Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSql, MongoDB 
h. OS: Windows, Linux
2. Mobile App:
a.  Android: Java, Android Life Cycle, Activity, Fragment, XML Layout, SQLite /Room

Terms and Conditions of Employment:


1. Annual CTC will be INR 3.23 lakh after successful completion of internship.

2. Confirmation of employment with Silicon Techlab Pvt. Ltd is subjected to the students’ joining &

Submission of all mandatory documents.

3. Detailed Employment Offer Letter will be handed over to the students on the joining date upon

Completion of joining formalities after internship.

Selection Process:
1.  1st Round: Online Examination - Computer Fundamentals (Database, OOPS concept,
Web Technologies & Networking), Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability and Quantitative
Aptitude.
2.  2nd Round: Programming Round
3.   3rd Round: Technical PI Round
4.   Finally discussion with CEO & HR
