Anurag Singh, a student at Acharya Vishnu Gupt Subharti College of Management & Commerce, wrote a letter to the director requesting a concession on his hostel fees. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Anurag had to stay at home from February to December 2020 which greatly affected his family's income. He has already paid all of his college and hostel fees. Anurag is requesting that the director forgive as much of his hostel fees as possible and refund any excess amount paid after settling his 1500 rupee dues, in order to provide financial relief for him and his family during this difficult time.

Dear Sir,

I am Anurag Singh having Enrollment No.-1901000001900 is Currently


studying in the “Acharya Vishnu Gupt Subharti College of Management &
Commerce”, in MBA 2nd year (2019-21) which is the part of your Prestigious
University.

I am writing this letter to request a concession on my hostel fees. I was in the


house due to covid-19 from February 2020 to 18th December 2020. Due to
pandemic situation, my family's income has been greatly affected. I have
already deposited the entire fees of my college and hostel.

I request to you please forgive my hostel fees as much as possible and after the
settlement of my 1500rs dues, and refund my excess amount back to me . So
that will be beneficial for me and my family.

Kindly allow me concession. I am highly obliged of you for this kind act in
future.
