Subject: TEATRO RE-PAINTING WORKS

Madam,

In line of the said subject above, Upon your visit yesterday ( July 21, 2015 ) at Teatro Marikina,
you suggested to change the Marikina Green and Marikina Olive Green color that was pre-
approved by Engineering Department( Planning ) and the Office of the Mayor thru Mayor Del
de Guzman in which we already applied on some areas ( see attached pictures ). With this, may
we asked your good office to consider the expenses we incurred (please see attached
computation).
