Rope Access is a safe, efficient and cost effective method

 CLEANCO Services developed and implemented the quality
management system to demonstrate its ability to provide consistently
service that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements,
and to address customer satisfaction through the effective application of
the system, including continual improvement and the prevention of non-
conformity. The quality system complies with the international standard
BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

The manual is divided into five sections modeled on the

sectional organization of the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 standard.
Sections are further subdivided into several subsections
representing main quality system elements or activities with
specific procedural policies outlining how the general policy is
implemented, and referencing applicable quality procedures.

The purpose of this procedure is to provide for a system and instructions, and to assign responsibilities
for establishing environmental and/or Occupational Health & Safety objectives & targets.

2. Objectives & Targets Management Programs

The purpose of this procedure is to provide for a system and instructions, and to assign responsibilities

4.1 Establishing the required management programs to achieve the environmental/safety objectives
and targets.
4.2 Amending the management programs and the EMS/OH&S to ensure that they apply to new
developments and new or modified activities or services.

The purpose of this procedure is to provide for a system and instructions, and to assign responsibilities
for internal communication regarding environmental aspects, risks, hazards and other issues related to
the applied Environmental Management System (EMS) and/or Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S).

4. External Communication Procedure (OHSP -05)

The purpose of this procedure is to provide for a system and instructions, and to assign responsibilities
for communicating with external interested parties regarding environmental/safety issues. It Include
incoming and outgoing communication with external interested parties regarding environmental/safety
issues. This may include the following:

 Requests for information, complaints and suggestions,

 Press releases,
 Regulatory and compliance issues,
 Registration issues,
 Communication of the policy, and
 Any other such issues related to the EMS and/or OH&S.

5. Emergency Preparedness & Response (OH&SP07)

This procedure applies to all the activities and areas that may cause, or be exposed to:
Uncontrolled releases of hazardous substances, fires, explosions, contamination or any other such
emergencies caused by accidents. Any safety related accidents and/or emergencies related to well
being, safety and health of CLEANCO’s workers and any other related person in the area of the
emergency / crisit.

Each and every employee in our organisation plays a crucial role towards our success as an
establishment. Since we consider our people to be our most valuable asset, we train them to deliver
impeccable results in their respective fields. Cleanco has a leading edge training facility which is the first of
its kind in the regional cleaning industry. We impart highly professional hands on training which is affiliated
and certified by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) UK and the Cleaning Management
Institute, New York, USA, and Cleaning Institute of Australia (CIA)

We are people business and Our staff is selected based on qualification and positive disposition. We
have an in house training center which has ongoing training from basic cleaners up to managerial level.
We have a long standing relationship with our staff and we take care of their accommodation, food as well
as recreation. Some of them have been with us for around 25 years.

Accommodation
As we believe that mental and physical wellbeing are equally important, we have taken utmost care in
providing the best possible living conditions for our employees. Bachelors and families have been set up
in air-conditioned buildings of superior stature. There are 12 accommodation complexes for male staff
and 5 for females. Every branch of Cleanco has an exclusive residential area.
