THRU:
Sir / Ma’am:
Warm greetings of Peace and Prosperity!
The K to 12 Basic Education Program aims to produce competent learners equipped with the
needed competencies, work ethics and values in pursuing education, entrepreneurship or joining the
world of work. To achieve greater congruence between basic education and the country’s development
target.
With this regard, DIGOS CITY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, is currently working on the
application for Science Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Strand for Senior High School Program.
Part of the Curriculum is implementing the WORK IMMERSION PROGRAM that will commence on
the Second Semester of School Year 2022-2023. This is a supervised, off campus experience for Grade
12 learners. The program is mandated by DepEd requiring learners to professionally participate at the site
of our partner institutions/establishments throughout the second semester.
SHS-STEM Task Force will work hand in hand to streamline this program and works hard in
establishing linkages with partner institutions/establishment. It is our expectation that the Work
Immersion Code of Conduct will be followed with utmost professionalism in the duration of the program.
In keeping with the school’s thrust on having a partner institutions / establishment in the
formation of the learners and pursuant to DepEd’s policy, we are asking your kind and benevolent heart
to be one of our partner institutions/establishments on the Work Immersion Program for our learners.
Kindly signify your confirmation if you are wholeheartedly willing to be one of our partner
institutions/establishments by affixing your signature below.
Together, let us continue to work towards pursuing our goals of moulding our learners to be
globally competitive to the challenges of the 21st century and the new normal. We are very much open to
questions and clarifications. Please contact Mrs. Janely A. Pantinople, Science Department Head at

Thank you very much for your unwavering support and may God bless us all.
